Because all orders are custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please inspect your goods upon arrival before cutting or treating them. We will not accept returns for any goods that have been cut or treated. If your order arrives damaged or with any defects, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to receive a return authorization code before sending. Any unauthorized return will not be accepted.
We recommend you consult a professional wallpaper installer to install your paper. Installation instructions provided by the manufacturer will be sent with wallpaper orders. To receive installation instructions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
